First Time Clients:
Must Book the First Time With Me Facial when purchasing your First Facial Treatment!!! This is so I can get to know your skin.
Payment Policy:
Mostly All appointments require a deposit that is NON-REFUNDABLE. No Exceptions!!! All payments are due the day of your appointment. I accept Credit/Debit Card ONLY!!! (If you have cash, please have the exact amount, as I may not have change on hand. Tips are accepted and highly appreciated.
Service Policy:
All Skincare, Micro-blading/Micro-Shading, Eyelash Extensions, and Waxing Services are done in a private, relaxing setting in the suite.
Appointment:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. If you know in advance that you will be late or if something comes up, please contact me immediately on my cell phone at (832) 817-8304. I am a very understanding person and I know things do happen. Communication is KEY!
Consultation Appointments:
If you are purchasing an Advanced Facial or any Facial Packages, you will need to book your consultation appointment before we can begin the peel series.
Chemical Peels: Only during the Fall & Winter months
Do Not book a Chemical Peel unless we have discussed which peel is best for you. I will place you on a home care routine 1 week before the peel is done. Chemical Peels are a commitment and you must be willing to continue everything that is asked of you so you can see the results.
Cancellation/Reschedule:
Cancellations are to be made 48 hours in advance by using the online booking system. Any cancellations made after 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will need to be placed to make a new appointment. Clients reschedule at least 24 hours before their visit, payment will be applied to the new appointment date. In the event The Artist needs to cancel, your deposit will be returned the same way you paid.
No Call/No Show Policy:
No Call/No Show is UNACCEPTABLE and you will lose your Deposit!!! You Will Not Be Allowed To Book Again
